I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in New Delhi. The location was perfect, offering a calm and peaceful environment away from the city noise and pollution. The property had a resort-like feel with fewer rooms, allowing for privacy and special attention from the staff. The hotel's infrastructure was impressive and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room itself was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the classic and comfortable interior design. The restaurant and reception staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the chefs truly displayed their talent. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The Christmas decorations were impressive and created a festive atmosphere. the staff members were friendly and attentive to our requests. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby mall.

The location was quite inconvenient as it was far from the main attractions and transportation options were limited. the room was not properly cleaned and we found remnants of the previous guests' stay.

It was also in the city center and very near to malls, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, from the doorman to the housekeepers, everyone made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning and all the necessary facilities. The dining experience was also delightful, with a delicious buffet breakfast that had a wide variety of options. The swimming pool was a great addition, and the pool keeper was very friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort. we felt safe and secure during our stay and would definitely come back here.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, near malls, clean rooms. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast each morning was also amazing, and I loved the fact that there were malls nearby. The rooms were also kept very clean.

The swimming pool and the breakfast were nice, and the hotel was conveniently located near some great sightseeing spots. Plus, the room had a lovely view of the city skyline.

We had to wait too long for our meals and it was difficult to get anyone to assist us with basic requests. On top of that, the room was not as clean as we had hoped and there were unpleasant odors that lingered.
